📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to collect overdue payments from debtors
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and negotiate payment plans with debtors
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fresh graduate or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or customer service (fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with telephony software (e.g., Asterisk, 3CX) is a plus
- Indonesian language proficiency (written and spoken)
