📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the mall.
• Ensure that all restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic zones are cleaned and sanitized according to company protocols.
• Maintain and care for the mall's landscape, including lawns, trees, and other outdoor areas, to enhance its aesthetic appeal.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and products, such as cleaning machines, disinfectants, and landscaping tools, to ensure efficient and effective maintenance.
• Monitor and address any maintenance issues promptly to prevent disruptions and ensure a smooth operation.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Promote a culture of cleanliness and hygiene by leading by example and encouraging best practices among team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cleaning and sanitation to continuously improve our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or landscape maintenance, preferably in a commercial or mall environment.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and products, as well as landscaping techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as perform other physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle, if required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
