📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR Manager in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
