You will work closely with our warehouse staff, delivery team, and other departments to ensure that our operations run efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient stock turnover and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Oversee the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and eventually to customers.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and support to the logistics team to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with food safety and handling regulations.
• Experience in managing a team is a plus.
