📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule social media posts on various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.),Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels,Monitor and respond to comments and messages from our audience,Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve our strategy,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in the creation of multimedia content such as videos and graphics,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for our social media presence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
