• Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails using premium spirits, liqueurs, and fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked and maintained to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and understanding their preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and continuously improve your skills.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service.
• Manage inventory and place orders for bar supplies.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your mixology expertise.
• Promote our bar and its offerings to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender, preferably in a high-end or premium venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and garnishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using bar tools and equipment, including shakers, jiggers, and blenders.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
