📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.,Oversee the company's treasury management and cash flow forecasting.,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Certifications in financial management or related fields are a plus.
