📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of our web applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and apply them to our projects.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Contribute to the development of our internal tools and processes to improve our development workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with popular front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Solid understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java, as well as experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
