📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications,Recruit, interview, and select candidates for various positions,Manage the onboarding process for new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR functions,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with HR software and systems,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
