📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and meets sales targets.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and drive sales.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
