📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of IT Business Analysts in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for agricultural machinery projects.
• Develop and maintain business process models using tools like ARIS, Visio, and Lucidchart.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the agricultural machinery industry.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts within the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT and agriculture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a strong background in both IT and agriculture.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMI-ACP, or similar relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, ARIS, Visio, and Lucidchart.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
