📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
