📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules using SAP or similar software.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability using tools like SAP MM or similar.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on production and inventory performance to senior management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP MM or similar inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
