In this role, you will use tools like DocuSign for e-signatures, Clio for legal case management, and Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation. You will also need to be proficient in Mandarin to facilitate communication with our international partners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents for international operations.
• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Handle legal documentation and licensing for foreign workers and business operations.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of legal strategies for business transactions.
• Maintain and update legal records and databases using Clio.
• Facilitate communication with international partners using Mandarin.
• Participate in legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Clio and DocuSign.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
