As a Logistics Specialist (Importation), you will be responsible for managing the entire import process, from customs clearance to warehouse receipt. You will work closely with our procurement team to ensure that all imported equipment meets our quality standards and is ready for distribution. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the importation process of heavy equipment, including customs clearance and documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all imported equipment is properly stored and accounted for
• Work with the procurement team to ensure that all imported equipment meets quality standards
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide regular reports on importation activities and inventory levels

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in importation logistics, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the heavy equipment industry is a plus
• Fluency in English is required
