📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment used in bakery operations.,Conduct mechanical testing and analysis to ensure that our systems meet safety and performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve mechanical issues.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for our mechanical systems.,Ensure that our mechanical systems comply with industry regulations and standards.,Provide technical support and training to bakery staff on the use and maintenance of mechanical systems.,Continuously improve our mechanical systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes used in bakery operations.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as HACCP and ISO 22000.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
