📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Manage daily operations of the outlet, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.,Promote products and services to increase sales and revenue.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for display.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
