Shine Glow Indonesia is seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our team in Kupang. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.,Identify, record, and track software defects and report them to the development team.,Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software meets requirements.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure software defects are fixed and verified.,Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies to improve testing processes.,Document test results and provide feedback to stakeholders.,Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.,Assist in the development of test automation frameworks and scripts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.,Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.,Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
