As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and employee networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep records of all candidates.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the HR team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
