Manage and coordinate design projects from inception to completion,Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines,Support the creative team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, coordination, and documentation,Maintain and update design assets and libraries,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution,Provide training and guidance to junior designers and administrative staff,Monitor and report on design project progress and performance metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field,5+ years of experience in design administration or a similar role,Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma,Strong organizational and project management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with design processes and best practices
