📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives.
  • Participate in inventory and stock-taking activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
