📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for CIF shipments, considering factors such as market conditions, operational costs, and client requirements.,Analyze and forecast market trends to identify pricing opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing information is provided to clients.,Maintain and update pricing databases and systems to reflect current market conditions and company policies.,Conduct regular reviews of pricing strategies and performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of new pricing models and tools to streamline the pricing process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and pricing, preferably in the logistics or export industry.,Strong understanding of pricing strategies, market analysis, and cost structures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant pricing and logistics software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation is a plus.
