In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and maintaining high standards of customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Overseeing cash handling and ensuring accurate financial records.,Assisting in the organization and execution of store promotions and events.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.,Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Assisting in the training and development of new store staff.,Generating and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software, including spreadsheet and database programs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
