📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports to management.,Participate in store improvement initiatives to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
