📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and services.
• Coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in property maintenance and development.
• Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices to reduce the property's environmental impact.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance and development, preferably in a luxury or high-end property.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and tools.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
