As a Cost & Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Analyze cost data and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prepare and maintain detailed cost reports for management review.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate and secure cost-effective suppliers.
• Implement and maintain cost control policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on cost and inventory management best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost and inventory control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost and inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
