📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to collect overdue payments from debtors
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and negotiate payment plans with debtors
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or customer service (fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
