As a FAT Staff, you will handle daily financial transactions, prepare accurate financial reports, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to support strategic planning and decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Oracle.
- Process monthly and annual financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
- Support the finance team in financial analysis and reporting.
- Maintain and update financial databases and ensure data integrity.
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax.
- Proficiency in SAP and Oracle.
- Certification in CPA or ACCA is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
