📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 5-7 General Affairs staff to ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor store operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a strong advantage.
