📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive competency framework for civil servants.
• Lead the design and delivery of training programs using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to civil servants.
• Collaborate with senior government officials to align competency development with strategic goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of competency initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the civil service.
• Build and manage a team of experts to support competency development efforts.
• Represent the Government of Bangka Belitung Province at national and international forums on civil service competency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources or civil service management.
• Proven track record in competency development and training program design.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian civil service regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and local languages.
