📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end inbound supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and production lines.
• Manage a team of 10-15 professionals, providing leadership and mentorship to drive team performance.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, JDA, and others to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound logistics management, with a proven track record in optimizing supply chain operations.
• Certifications in logistics management, such as APICS CLTD or CILT, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, including SAP, JDA, and others.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
